Jiangfeng Zhang
As Director, Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture Division, Southeast Asia Department, Mr. Jiangfeng Zhang is leading and supporting the development, design, and implementation of agriculture, natural resources, and rural development projects covering countries in Southeast Asia with synergies in South Asia, and Central and West Asia. His work covers policy, institutional, financing, and technological support to inclusive, climate-resilient, and environmentally sustainable agriculture and rural development for enhanced agriculture competitiveness and food security in Southeast Asia countries─Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Philippines, Timor-Leste, Thailand, Viet Nam.
Mr. Zhang holds a doctoral degree in agricultural and resource economics and a masters in statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, USA.
