Xinyi Ma

Xinyi Ma serves as Administrative Assistant for the North American Representative Office (NARO) of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Before joining ADB, Xinyi worked as a Market Manager at Acon Labs INC. in PRC, responsible for conducting business analysis, market research, and policy analysis relating to the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to her marketing experience, she worked as an Administrative Assistant in a private educational organization.

Her areas of interest include Public-Private-Partnership, Infrastructure Development, International Economics, Development and Finance, Project Finance, and Renewable Energy Development.

Xinyi received an MA in International Development from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, and a dual BA in Public Administration with a minor in Economics from Rutgers University and Northeast Normal University.
