Two versions of the User’s Guide and the Standard Bidding Documents are currently in use: one for projects with concept notes approved on or after 1 July 2017 and the other for projects with concept notes approved before 1 July 2017. Please use the appropriate version. The standard bidding documents are available online from ADB's Business Center in Information for Consultants and Contractors under Documents and Forms. They are listed on this page for convenience.

For projects with concept notes approved on or after 1 July 2017:
