Gary Tsai
Gary Tsai is currently the Senior Digital Technology Specialist in the Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Gary has over 14 years of professional experience including 3 secondment years in ADB. At ADB, he works extensively in supporting innovative knowledge and solution for sector operations on digital technologies and formulating and managing strategic partnerships with international development agencies. Before joining ADB, he served as Director, Section Manager, and Overseas Office Representative at the Institute for Information Industry, contributing to digital development training, planning or implementation assignments overseas, interfacing with international organizations and governments from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
Gary holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and a B.Com. from the University of British Columbia.
