The Governor for the Republic of Korea, the Honorable Hun-Jai Lee, chaired the Meeting. The Governor for the Marshall Islands, the Honorable Brenson S. Wase, and the Governor for Portugal, represented by his Temporary Alternate, Mario Lobo, served as Vice-Chairs.
At the Opening Session, the Honorable Hun-Jai Lee, Chairperson, and Mr. Tadao Chino, President of ADB, addressed the Board of Governors.
