ADB supports projects in developing member countries that create economic and development impact, delivered through both public and private sector operations, advisory services, and knowledge support.
Mr. Srinivas Sampath is the Director for the Urban Development and Water Division of the Southeast Asia Department of ADB. He is an infrastructure and investment banking executive with over 28 years’ experience in structuring and developing infrastructure assets and delivering public-private partnership transactions. He started ADB’s PPP transaction advisory business in 2011, and later became one of the founding members of the Office of Public-Private Partnership in 2014. Srinivas has advised public and private sector clients in over 40 countries in Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, and the Asia-Pacific. He obtained his PhD in Economics from UCL in the UK, and he also holds two Masters’ degrees in Urban Planning and Geography.
