Deborah’s work is focused on supporting the Pacific Small Island Developing States to build climate resilience and sustainable blue economies. Prior to ADB, Deborah worked for the New Zealand Government, Beca and several NGOs. She is experienced in policy analysis and planning, environmental impact assessment, coastal adaptation and marine conservation.
