Memorandum of Understanding for Strengthening Co-operation between Asian Development Bank and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank

This memorandum of understanding strengthens and facilitates collaboration, including cofinancing, between ADB and AIIB in matters of common interest, and sets out areas for a more strategic cooperation in the Asian region.

ADB and AIIB have a mutual interest in achieving sustainable growth, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and promoting regional cooperation and partnership towards a more innovative, inclusive and integrated Asia.
