Memorandum of Understanding for Administrative Arrangements between the Asian Development Bank and Aga Khan Development Network

This document gives a summary of the discussions held between the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) regarding their desire to develop further their cooperative efforts in poverty reduction, asset and employment creation, and pursuing the Millennium Development Goals.

ADB and AKDN will engage in joint research in areas of mutual interest such as regional cooperation, private sector investments and public–private schemes, higher education and capacity building, and microfinance.
