Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy The project will be aligned with the following impacts: inclusive and climate resilient socioeconomic development in Lao Cai province. The outcome will be a sustainable tourism recovery in Lao Cai. There are three outputs: (i) urban infrastructure improved, (ii) rural transport infrastructure upgraded, and (iii) community-based digitally enabled tourism services and products developed.
