Consulting Services

One package of consulting services with a value of $975,000 will

be procured. through firm(s). The TA will require 10 positions and 22 person-months (pm) of

international, and 13 positions and 44 pm of national consulting services. The consultants will be

engaged through firm(s). The quality- and cost-based selection method with quality-cost ratio of

90:10, using simplified technical proposal procedures, will be followed. The time-based contract

will be used. ADB will select and engage the consultant in accordance with the Guidelines on Use (2013, as amended from time to time). The consultants may procure equipment through shopping in accordance with the ADB's Procurement Guidelines (2015, amended from

time to time). Upon completion of the TA, equipment procured under the TA will be transferred to

the executing agencies.
