During Project Implementation | The TA will hold stakeholder consultations, which will inform the selection of topics for the diagnostic. Consultations will be held in Bataan Province with officials from several government agencies, academic experts, civil society organizations, development partners, and the private sector. The diagnostic will also include assessment of existing transport operations and infrastructure through consultation with DPWH and Bataan Provincial Government. At least 1 knowledge sharing workshop (with women comprising at least 20% of the participants) conducted on the Transport Development Diagnostic study. |

Consulting Services | The TA will require approximately 9.5 person-months of individual consultant services (4.5 person-months of international consultants and 5.0 person-months of national consultants). The consultants will be recruited through the individual consultant selection on the basis of their qualifications for the assignment. ADB will engage consultants and carry out procurement following the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and its associated project staff instructions. |
