Guidance Notes on Procurement

This page contains a series of guidance notes published by ADB to accompany its 2017 procurement framework. Each note discusses a topical issue for borrowers (including grant recipients), bidders, and civil society under the new framework. The framework is governed by the ADB Procurement Policy and the Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers. These guidance notes explain and elaborate on the provisions of the procurement policy and procurement regulations for projects financed in whole or in part by an ADB loan or grant, or by ADB-administered funds.
These Guidance Notes on Procurement apply to all projects with concept notes approved on or after 1 July 2017.
