The Asian Development Bank is organizing the Financing the Blue Economy in Asia and the Pacific knowledge-sharing event on 29 June 2022, 1:00 p.m.–2:30 p.m. (UTC+1/WEST) at the Pavilhão do Conhecimento Auditorium, Centro Ciência Viva, Lisbon, Portugal. The event is being organized on the sidelines of the UN Ocean Conference – a preeminent global summit on oceans and blue economy.
This side event will share emerging experience in developing Blue Finance Roadmaps and opportunities to attract investment through blue bonds, coral reef insurance, and platforms for scaling up blue economy activity.
Objectives
The objective of the side event is to encourage engagement with ADB on scaling up blue economy investments.
