Erin has worked in international development for roughly 20 years, primarily in fragile and conflict affected situations (FCAS). She joined ADB in 2022 and prior to that worked in a variety of roles: from serving as a long-term technical advisor to governments in Fiji, Sierra Leone, and South Sudan; to designing and implementing work for bilateral donors, UN agencies and NGOS.
Erin has worked in more than a dozen countries in Africa and Asia building capacity of government systems and people in support of improving public administration in the health, education, and protection sectors.
