Do we need to come to ADB in Manila to finalize a cofinancing deal or can it be done remotely?
ADB and our partners can certainly finalize our agreement remotely. After the cofinancing agreement is finalized, ADB sends a copy of the agreement for the partners’ signature, which is then returned to ADB for our safekeeping.
ADB makes use of videoconferencing and file sharing to maximize collaboration with partners and ensure efficient negotiations.
