Pursuant to Article V(3)(a) of the Statute of the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), this paper presents the 3-year rolling work program for 2023–2025 and the budget for 2023 of ADBI.
ADBI’s institutional strategic focus is aligned with Strategy 2030 of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and related activities. Strategy 2030 is an important driver in the selection of ADBI activities during the 3-year rolling work program for 2023–2025. ADBI’s vision is to be a center of excellence for the creation and dissemination of timely, innovative, evidence-based knowledge to support policy design and implementation by developing and emerging economies.
