ADB Blue Pacific Finance Hub: A Regional Approach

The ADB Blue Pacific Finance Hub is a new initiative focused on increasing ocean investments to help build resilient blue economies through sovereign and nonsovereign lending programs, cofinancing, and partnerships.
It aims to raise $50 million in grant finance to leverage $500 million in ocean investments in the Pacific. This is a key initiative under ADB’s Action Plan for Healthy Oceans and Sustainable Blue Economies, with investments geared toward addressing the impacts of climate change, supporting sustainable ocean economies, and promoting a circular economy.
